Promptness of response :  Survey was initiated within a week and verbal feedback given the day after. The detailed report arrived two days after that.
Quality of service :  Geomex made a detailed survey of all the buildings and also made a point of covering the issues that I was particularly concerned about and had discussed before the survey.
Value for money :  Geomex were prompt in their response and gave me a thorough report, suggesting solutions to one or two concerns and were happy to discuss any points in the report as well as providing a rough costing of any repairs. ( ball park figures)
Professionalism :  Paul Smith was very professional in his discussions and was willing to give an honest opinion on points that I raised.
